| Who is Pu Li, CPA? |
| Pu Li, CPA was born in
China. In four years, she obtained
bachelor degree of Accounting from Nanjing University. After graduation,
she started to work as accountant in an international trading
business and accumulated real world experience in China. |

| With full scholarship,
Ms. Li came to United States for higher accounting education.
Within one year, Ms. Li obtained master degree of Accountancy
from Sam Walton Business School in U. of Arkansas at Fayetteville,
AR. |

| With master degree in accountancy,
Ms. Li started to work for RIA, a leading tax software company
whose products are widely used by Big Four CPA firms. Having passed
the CPA exam with average 90 scores, Ms. Li received her CPA license
from state of TX. With the new qualification, she started to work
for a local CPA firm. During this time, she had worked as state
sales tax auditor and completed many auditing cases. |

| Later, Ms. Li met another
CPA, not only a very experienced CPA in U.S.A but also an Charter
of Accountant in Great Britain. Ms. Li was welcomed to his team
to continue her practice ever since. |

degree or its equivalent, pass a rigorous two-and-a-half day national
